This champagne arises from the wise blending of 60% Chardonnay grapes, 40% Pinot Noir grapes. Matured in the quarry for 4 years: a choice that allows you to get a very balanced style and high quality sparkling wine. Clear and persistent perlage, this wine is full-bodied and strong, fragrant, golden coloured with green and amber hues. It is featured by fruity notes of citrus and hints of vanilla and acacia honey. Its bouquet is aromatic, balanced and harmonious. Powerful, round and fresh is the final aftertaste perceived on the palate.
