Made with 50% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir and 25% Pinot Meunier, matured for three years in the quarry, is a champagne that summarizes all the heady fragrance of the grapes that make it up. Crystal clear, golden color with copper hues, is characterized by the fine and lively, harmonious and complex bouquet. Fine and delicate nose reveals scents of violet and aromas of berries. Well structured, with the right balance between sweet and acidulous, is full-bodied and lush on the palate, leaving a feeling the final round, balanced and fine.
