Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, undergone to a three-year maturity in the quarry, clear and bright, it is a wine with featured by a golden straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, fine and persistent perlage. On the nose is fine and delicate like few others, because of its many floral bouquet (lime and lilac), fruity (apricot) and spices (vanilla) is palatable thanks to the sweet fruity flavours and floral bouquet honey. Well structured between the tart and sweet, is characterized by great persistence, the exclusive prerogative of its lively bubbles and his innate freshness.
