Obtained from the selection of the best grapes of the vintage: a wine of heady bouquet and an unforgettable fruity flavor. The production area extends on the hills, from the plain to the Prealps, is protected by the Dolomites and enjoys the good influence of the Adriatic Sea.
Vines are grown only on the most sunny hills, sometimes on steep slopes, where the mechanization of the work is complex. It is thanks to the love of winegrowers for their land that the landscape has been preserved for centuries.
Winemaking:
Container of fermentation: in stainless steel.
Fermentation temperature: 16/18C.
Yeasts: selected.
Fermentation time: 8/10 days.
Malolactic fermentation: no.
Sparkling making: Charmat method.
Maturation: in stainless steel for a short time and subsequent 50 days in the bottle before release.
Tasting:
Colour: straw yellow with fine foam.
Bouquet: complex, of flowers and fruits.
Taste: determined and full.
Maximum expression: within 18 months from the harvest.
Service: 7/8C as aperitif or at the whole meal.
Glass recommended: chalice.
