Obtained from the selection of the best grapes of the vintage: a wine of heady perfume and unforgettable fruity flavor. The production area extends on the hills, from the plain to the Prealps, and is protected by the Dolomites and enjoys the good influence of the Adriatic Sea.
The vine is grown only on the most sunny hills, sometimes on steep slopes, where the mechanization of the work is complex. It is thanks to the love of winegrowers for their land that the landscape has been preserved for centuries.
Winemaking:
Container of fermentation: in stainless steel.
Fermentation temperature: 16/18C.
Yeasts: selected.
Fermentation time: 8/10 days.
Malolactic fermentation: no.
Sparkling: Charmat method.
Maturation: in stainless steel for a short time and subsequent 50 days in the bottle before release.
Tasting:
Colour: light straw yellow with fine, joyful and persistent foam.
Bouquet: it ranges from fruity (golden apple, pear, peach) to floral (wisteria, acacia flowers).
Taste: fruity, full, balanced, with restrained sweetness.
Maximum expression: within 18 months from the harvest.
Service: 7/8C as aperitif or at the end of a meal, suitable for dry pastries.
Glass recommended: chalice.
