Bouquet: fruity, with pronounced aromas of apple and pear, rich in wildflowers.
Taste: fruity, sour, savory and of strong personality.
Maximum expression: within 18 months from the harvest.
Service: 7/8C as an aperitif, it goes well with any dish.
Glass recommended: chalice.
