The name Cartize identifies the famous and narrow hilly area characterized by a rocky–friable soil of chemically balanced structure with constant but limited humidity and important temperature range, where the grapes of prosecco mature more slowly and enjoys, in the end, more rich and full acid and harmonious features.

Sparkling making: Charmat method.
Maturation: in stainless steel for a short time and subsequent 50 days in bottle prior to release.

Bouquet: elegant, delicate, aromatic with hints of rose and fresh fruit.
Taste: fruity, balanced with enjoyable sweetness.
Maximum expression: within 18 months after the harvest.
