It is an extra dry sparkling wine, made from Glera Bianchetta and Perera grapes. Its name refers to its three elements: "Dru" because its quality is definitely up to the other sparkling wines range Drusian, "El" that the Venetian dialect sanctions its connotation; "Cru" because it specifies the source identified .
