Of straw yellow color, at the nose it is delicate, fruity and slightly aromatic, with notes of green apple and peach. In the bouquet floral notes of rose and wisteria stand out.
Of soft and balanced flavor with good tasting persistence. It should be served at a temperature of 6–8 C.

White vinification with soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature, in
absence of sulfur dioxide, slow second fermentation in autoclave at low temperature.
