Of straw yellow color with greenish hues. Characteristic bouquet with pleasant fruity sensations and of Acacia flowers. Pleasantly fresh and velvety taste. Excellent as an aperitif and as a companion to light pasta dishes.
It should be served at a temperature of 6–8 C.
Adopted technology
Vinified in white, with soft pressing and must fermentation at low temperature, without the use of sulfur dioxide. Then, taking of foam in autoclave with natural fermentation at a controlled temperature.
