Of straw yellow color, at the sense of smell it is delicate, fruity and slightly aromatic with notes of green apple and peach; floral notes of rose and wisteria stand out in the bouquet.
Its flavor is soft and balanced with good tasting persistence.
It should be served at a temperature of 6–8 C.

White vinification with soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature, in the absence of sulfur, second fermentation in slow autoclave and at low temperature.
