Sparkling wine made from Pinot Grigio grapes, vinified with a slight peel contact, of old pink color with thick and creamy foam, it expresses very fine fruity aromas of strawberry and peach along with a delicate aroma of primroses.
Its flavour is soft and exalted by acidic and salt balances which increase its pleasantness. Serving suggestions: appetizers, white meats, sausages, fish soups and fresh cheese. It should be served at a temperature of 8–10C.

Vinified with soft pressing and must fermentation at low temperature, without the use of sulfur dioxide. To follow, taking of foam in autoclave with natural fermentation at a controlled temperature.
