Wine produced from the blending between two of the most widespread grapes in the world, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Bordeaux vine varieties growing perfectly in the Piave area. The full-bodied elegance of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc and the herbaceous hints, blending in bouquets and flavors varying according to the different use rates of each variety, and gives birth to very elaborate and meditation wines. The area of the DOC Piave features a wide variety of soils and microclimates, which allows to get wines of particularly different each other. Intense ruby red coloured wine, by age getting red garnets. The bouquet is intense vinous but revealing vegetables and fruit notes with small black berries. The flavour is dry, full-bodied, tannic, made pleasant by the right harmonic and herbal notes. Serving suggestions: Ideal in combination with grilled meats, game both feather and pen or with well seasoned cheeses.
