The wine has garnet red color. Its aroma is fruity, balsamic, spicy, of red fruit jam, plum, licorice, cocoa. In the mouth it is powerful, strong, warm, enveloping, silky and harmonious. Very long and persistent. Vinification and Aging The vinification is made with frequent replacement of the skins for 12-16 days in stainless steel, and once made the malolactic fermentation it is left to age for two years in large Slavonian barrels. Then it is bottled and here is aged for 8-10 months before release. Ideal temperature 18 degrees. Pairings Perfect with roast lamb and game in general, excellent with white Alba truffle fondue.
