The fragrances of this Barolo wine emerge gradually, progressively, showing a set of olfactory considerable merit: you start with a nice ripe fruit, chocolate flavored cherries, plum, blackberry, notes of black olives and mushrooms, truffles, mixed scents of underbrush, hints of sweet licorice, leather and earth. The taste is strong, fat, tannic but "softened" by the return of the fruit, then emerge excellent mineral nuances. A wine may discuss the traditionalists, but of undoubted class and elegance.
