Tasting notes: dark garnet red wine. The aroma is elegant and refined, with notes of ripe fruit, ramassin and dog–rose. The taste is massive, dry, velvety and with smooth tannins.
Winemaking: in temperature–controlled stainless steel
Fining: 24 months in French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle. This is a great wine for aging.
