Organoleptic features: a very complete wine, with great structure and longevity. The color is intense ruby red. The aroma is intense, pleasant, balanced and spicy with hints of plum, cedar, tobacco, licorice, soy and floral notes. On the palate it is full-bodied, concentrated and rich, with a clear tannic structure that Barolos need to age. Pairings: excellent with game dishes and red meats. Good also with dry and mature cheese.
