Color: ruby red – deep purple with light shades of garnet red.
Nose: wide, sweet, elegant, persistent, with fruity aromas of small red berries married to light spicy notes.
Palate: sweet opening with dense and soft tannins, of good structure in balance with the volume and acidity of the wine.
Aftertaste with fruity notes of small red berries, married to spices.
Harvest: it is done by hand, in boxes, from early to mid–October.
Winemaking: in conical vats of French oak.
Serving temperature: serve at 18°/19°C.
Food pairings: it is perfect paired with red meat in general, game, dry and mature cheese.
