Lo Scudiero Borgo La Caccia is characterized by freshness that combined with the typical pleasure of the Merlot grape variety, makes it the ideal wine for everyday drinking and convivial evenings.
It is aged in stainless steel for a year and then in bottles for 2/3 months.
It is an extremely versatile wine with prevalent aromas of ripe fruit, perfectly balanced with soft tannins.
Excellent as an aperitif, with pasta dishes, appetizers and red meat, game, cheese and salami. Its ideal serving temperature is 16/18°
