Color: deep ruby red, almost impenetrable with slight shades of garnet red.
Nose: wide, complex, elegant, fine, sweet, fruity with notes of underbrush berries and intense spicy scents.
Palate: soft, structured, of high–volume, with a dense texture and sweet tannin, acidity in balance to the structure, the fat and the density of the wine.
Long, persistent, fruity with tasting sensations of small underbrush black berries, combined with spicy and intense and complex spicy notes.
Harvest: is done by hand, in boxes, from early to mid–October.
Winemaking: in conical vats of French oak.
Serving temperature: serve at 18°/19°C.
Food pairings: it is perfect with red meat in general, game or hard and mature cheese.
