Organoleptic Characteristics
Colour: deep ruby red
Bouquet: rich and intense, persistent, with hints of wild blacks, spices and herbs well defined.
Flavour: intense, full and structured tannins prsenti but well polished, final long lasting.
Gastronomic combinations: Game, cheese, mushrooms and truffles.
Recommended temperature: 18 to 20 C.
Aging: The three wines are aged separately in oak barrels for about 15 months, are then assembled one month before bottling.
