For us, the cultivation of Nebbiolo is limited to zones and special exhibits, sunny and sheltered from cold winds. In these shows we planted our Nebbiolo, from which we derive a delicate wine in the hints of flowers and spices, rich in the mouth, with tannins not too aggressive. Refine it about a year and a half in traditional casks and bottle it in the summer, two years after the harvest. It 'a small production, the result of our passion for this land.
