Listening leads me to my interpretation of Nature: Casa Belfi. Respect, tradition, and the rediscovery of old methods make catch the first positive notes of this special music. Everything must be considered a vital and indispensable creature in continuous harmony among earth, sky, vine and man. Simple wines are produced, with no residue, not filtered, not fined down, but healthy, authentic and durable.
