The origins of Concilio date back to 1860 when in Mori, a small town in the province of Trento, Angelo Grigolli begins to sell to the people of the mountainous areas of the region the wines produced in the valley of the Adige. Thus he starts his enterprise as a wine producer and merchant, which he expands year after year. After Angelo Grigolli, the helm of the company goes to his son and, generation after generation, we reach 1972: the year in which the Grigolli family joins another historic home, the Boschi e Gamberoni company, giving rise in this way to the Concilio. The other important step is taken in 1990, when a group of winemakers become part of the current Company.
