For 5 generations, we have operated in the Mezzocorona area in Trentino as vinegrowers and winemakers. In effect, the creation of the Dorigati company dates back to 1858.
The grapes we finify derive in part from the vineyards of property and in part from the vineyards of some small farmers who have always been confering their products to our winery according to a contract based on honor.
The production areas are located on the hills at the foot of the Mezzocorona mountain and in Piana Rotaliana, an area of special prestige, where the fecundity of the soil surface and the underground drainage combine in a right balance of nourishment and water.
