To give a soul to wine, to make it unique, unrepeatable and intimately linked to its territory: these are the motivations and the philosophy of Maso Poli.



All the activities of the farm are dedicated to the cultivation of the vine, which focused only on a few species of native and typical grape varieties, implemented on the basis of a strict selection and constant search for the maximum quality possible.

In the winery, during all stages of winemaking, Maso Poli is author of a happy co–existence of traditional techniques with modern methods.

The separate vinification of grapes from each single vineyard and the application of different winemaking techniques in the wine cellar, allow to keep the different characteristics of the territory and to transfer to wine peculiarities and nuances that, in perfect balance with each other, create the complexity and the uniqueness of a wine.

The cold maceration of the grapes allows to extract primary aromatic substances, fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature gives finesse to perfumes.
