Casa Vinicola Nino Negri, founded in 1897, is the most important wine reality in Valtellina. Here the vines, grown on the slopes of the mountains, found the ideal conditions to grow, thanks to an excellent exposure to the sun throughout the day, in a windy climate and a soil rich in minerals. Equipped with a modern business organization and 38 hectares of vineyards owned the most prestigious places in the subareas, Sassella, Grumello, Inferno, Fracia, the Nino Negri company is today synonymous with the world of Valtellina wines.
