The Farm develops over an area of ​​160 hectares, of which: 31 of vineyards, 11 of olive groves, 40 of woodland, 78 as arable land, meadow and pasture. The soils are highly variable, tuffaceous with more than 70% sand, sandy silt, sandy clay, alkaline, calcareous soils.

The average altitude is of about 270 m above sea level, the microclimate characterized by extreme temperature changes between day and night, often by medium to high temperatures even during the harvest. The vineyards are all in a privileged position and exposure.

The processings are still mainly manual, performed with assiduous care.

In San Giusto a Rentennano only grapes from owned vineyards are vinified. The grape production/plant rate is reduced by thinning the clusters in July/August, to the extent of 30–50% of the spontaneous load, according to the need of the vintage.

The company practices organic farming.
