Loc. Lilliano
53011 Castellina in Chianti (Siena)
Italy
Lilliano has known sieges and destruction during the wars between Florence and Siena because of its location on the border between the territories of two large and quarrelsome republics and its proximity to important strongholds such as Staggia, Castellina in Chianti, Monteriggioni.

Thus, while keeping the medieval plant, evident in the topography, in cellars and walls, the architecture has come to the current nineteenth–century style in several phases. The wine bottling and marketing activity started in 1958 by Princess Eleonora Ruspoli Berlingieri, whose family purchased the estate in 1920. Giulio and Pietro Ruspoli are the current owners.

The agricultural company offers hospitality, with the farmhouse (agriturismo) fromula, tasting and direct sale in the cellar of the Chianti Classico and other products.
