The Fattoria Camporignano estate and winery produces three red wines: Camporignano, young and soft wine, Mattaione, elegant and varied, bottled after 12 months of aging in oak barrels, and finally Cerronero, a complex and structured wine that has spent 18 months of aging in oak barrels. The type and quality of the wines obtained are the result of a careful study of the technicians of the winery in order to harmonize the optimal characteristics of the vines with the properties of the soil.

The Terre di Siena D.O.P. Oil respects the strict regulations of the Consortium to which the Fattoria Camporignano belongs. The oil has bright green color and presents chromatic changes tending to yellow over time. It has a fruity flavor with hints of bitter and spicy. It is produced in a limited quantity.

Very rich, on the territory, is the presence of the remains of the Etruscan civilization that constitute a fundamental part of the collection of the Archaeological Museum of Casole d’Elsa and the even wider Guarnacci Museum of Volterra. The very ancient via del Sale, built by the Romans to connect the salt marshes of Volterra, Siena, is visible in some places in the middle of the forest Berignone.
For a handful of miles from the winery you can retrace the Via Francigena, dotted with churches and abbeys, which in the Early Middle Ages gave hospitality to the pilgrims going to Rome and coming from all over Europe.
