Visiting the area of Vò, where the Caferro company is located, you are impressed by the Euganean Hills, these volcanic hills that suddenly stand out in the middle of the Po Valley. The Caferro wines are made right here, in a sunny area, in a rich land and with historic company vineyards which allow to obtain quality wines, elegant and fresh, deep and of structure.





For the owners of the Caferro company wine is not only aroma and flavor: wine combines the patience of those who care the vines with experience and knowledge, the effort of those who harvest grapes by hand and the skill of those who select the best clusters; wine is not made solely by chemical reaction but by love and passion of those who have been producing it for more than 60 years, giving more importance to quality than to quantity.

The Caferro winery offers wines made from native grapes such as:


1) "Fior d'Arancio", a sweet sparkling wine, unparalleled


2) Prosecco, with its 150 days on the lees in post–foaming to 5 atm. that make its bubbles pleasant and delicate





and from international varieties such as


1) Chardonnay: an austere wine, emblem of the harshness of the land where the grapes are grown


2) Cabernet: a wine with a strong character, with a marked smell and mature aftertaste


3) Merlot: that with its scents of violets and undergrowth leaves lovers of red wines with the desire of tasting them again.




Stand out, above all:


1) "Caferro Noir": Cabernet, Merlot, Raboso give rise to a perfect union, balanced and with strong structure ... with this reserve meditation is a must


2) "Caferro Blanc": a chardonnay that after fermentation and rest in barrels, is aged for 6 months in bottles.


3) "Fior d'Arancio", a raisin wine, a wine made from a grape drying period of about 90/120 days, giving rise to a wine with a bouquet of astonishing scents, balanced and full–bodied.
