The brothers Maria Iris and Claudio Tipa, who have always shared the passion for nature, for vineyards and for great wines, have fulfilled their dream creating a “Domaine” in Tuscany.
The current Collemassari includes two estates: the castle of ColleMassari, purchased in 1999 and Grattamacco, managed since 2002 and at a later stage bought in 2007.
Castello ColleMassari company was founded in 1998 and is included in the DOC Montecucco in High Maremma among the DOCG Brunello di Montalcino and the DOCG Morellino di Scansano and enjoys the ideal conditions to breed Sangiovese.
The first vintage was produced in 2000.
