By virtue of its centuries old experience, Attems has chosen to invest in the future, both in the vineyard and in the winery.

After the modernizing of production facilities, the number of hectares grown with vines was increased. In addition, a new vinification and conservation plant was built, specially designed to enhance the characteristics that the territory gives to its fruits.

The winemaking process begins with the harvesting of the grapes for separate parcels. To follow, the steps of pressing and maceration take place, using techniques that limit the contact with oxygen, in order to preserve to the maximum the aromatic properties of each variety. Fermentation is managed at a controlled temperature with different times depending on the vines, allows to reach the right level of complexity. Each stage of the production process is personally followed by the technical director Gianni Napoletano, who since the spring of 2001 has been leading the company from success to success.

Attems reaps the rewards of a priceless combination of factors: an ancient family tradition, an ideal area for the production of great white wines and advanced technology.
