La Visciola company is a family–run farm, consisting of three plots of land (whose plantings date back to the sixties) of about 5000 square meters each. The soil looks loose, deep, with high presence of limestone debris.

The double Guyot pruning is implemented, with a production of about 5/6000 bottles.

The agricultural company has decided, several years ago, to make use of the biodynamic method of agriculture. The attention to the management of land has become a fundamental part of the management of the vineyard. In this perspective of prevention, in the years, they have totally replaced synthetic products with only sulfur and copper, used in low quantities. To date there are not mineral fertilizers, herbicides and systemic treatments. The main works concern the sowing of the vine lands with green manure with various plant species and the professional distribution of the biodynamic preparations of Carlo Noro.
