The quality of the company choice consolidates the positions won in previous years. We enjoyed the tasting of Franciacorta Brut 2004, that boasts considerable aromatic complexity and richness of taste, conferred by a rather generous “dosage” and a long aging on lees. More moderate is Franciacorta Brut Satèn, ideal to accompany fried fish or shellfish. Franciacorta Rosè makes an unimportant step back, which this year appears flattened by an out of the common alcohol content.
