Castello Bonomi, former Bonomi Tenuta Castellino, changes business name and property. The Paladin family, understanding the great potential of the company’s vines, situated on the slopes of Mount Orfano, among the seven most suited micro–areas within the entire Franciacorta landscape, has recently purchased the estate. In the tasting, the top is Franciacorta Brut 2004, marked by a sumptuous and “mature” structure, able to extend and enhance the pleasure of drinking. Even Franciacorta Satàn offers moments of satisfaction, thanks to its amusing, citrus and youth breath.
