Azienda Agricola Juri Faralli, family–run, located in Fasciano locality, a small village in the municipality of Cortona. At its center there is a modern winery, while the land and its vineyards are situated at an altitude ranging from 250 to 330 meters above sea level, in particularly well exposed areas (north North–west). The company includes 70 hectares of land, 5 planted with vineyards, about 1 with olive groves, and the rest are planted with crops. The density of plants per hectare in the new plant is of 3,300 vines per hectare.
The whole company production takes place in full respect of agriculture and with integrated pest management.
The harvest is strictly manual with more than one pass in each vineyard and a with green harvest in July, with the aim of improving the quality of wine.
The extra virgin olive oil is obtained by cold extraction of the oil from olives, harvested by hand.
