Fattoria Santo Stefano

This working farmhouse is in the heart of the Tuscany Chianti region, 2 kms from Greve in Chianti, with 20 hectares of vineyard and 40 hectares of olive groves, it produces 900 hl of Chianti wine and 50 quintals of Extra-virgin Olive oil every year.

Tenuta del Ghisone

"La Tenuta del Ghisone" from the past century has been producing wine and olive oil of excellent quality, according to the ancient traditions of this region.

The company is located in the Tuscan hills in the municipality of Montespertoli, also known as the "city of wine".

The vineyards, which cover about 11,000 square meters, produce primarily Sangiovese, Cabernet, Trebbiano and Canaiolo grapes.

These grapes are selected by experts in order to produce wines of outstanding flavor and aroma that make them unmistakable.

The extra virgin olive oil is produced on an area of ​​3,500 square meters and is obtained by cold pressing to bring out the best qualities of our olives.

To guarantee the naturalness of its products, in recent years, the company has been converted to "organic farming".

Azienda Agricola S.Lucia in Faulle

The Santa Lucia farm in Faulle, where the Castello dei Rampolla wine is produced, is located in the valley which opens to the south of Panzano. Since 1964 Alceo di Napoli has devoted himself to the rational modern viticulture. The first productions start in 1970, the first bottlings with the harvest of 1975.

Ambrogio e Giovanni Folonari

The Folonari family has been working in the wine sector since the end of the eighteenth century. In 1825 the family activity became Fratelli Folonari company, wholly owned, whose mission was to develop, produce and distribute the best Italian wines in the world.

In 1912 Italo Folonari, the grandfather of Ambrogio Folonari, with his brother Francesco, bought the Ruffino company, known at the time for typically packaged in flasks Chianti.



After the Second World War, some profound changes in Italy in terms of economic growth and standard of living became highly visible. This trend influenced the wine sector, in which the Folonari family, especially Ambrogio, were among the first to promote this new trend by producing high quality wines that helped to create the “new frontier” of Italian wine. At the end of the 60s the family sold the Fratelli Folonari company, which was placed on the segment of table wines, and began to focus on the bottled wines originally thanks to the purchasing of the famous estate of Nozzole near Greve in Chianti, in the heart of Chianti Classico. At the same time they bought other estates in Tuscany with the aim of producing fine wines, including Cabreo, designed by Ambrogio in the 80s.

In 2000, Ambrogio left the Ruffino company and the rest of his family and the created with his son the Ambrogio and Giovanni Folonari Estate taking some of the best agricultural properties. In this way, a group of companies located in the most suited areas of Tuscany was created:



In addition to these wine, some of the estates produce some other typical specialties such as Vin Santo, in particular that of Nozzole, the oil extra virgin olive oil, such as the fruity of Nozzole wine, the soft one of La Fuga and the harmonic one of Campo al Mare. Finally, using the best vinasse, the finest brandies of Pareto, Cabreo, Torcalvano, Le Due Sorelle and Spalletti were produced. Upon completion of this representative range excellent wines, spirits and food specialities were selected.

Il Poggiolino Società Agricola

Il Poggiolino is called so because it is placed on top of a small hill in the proximity of Sambuca Val di Pesa, in the heart of Chianti Classico Gallo Nero. The vineyards are located at an average altitude of about 300 meters above sea level and have an optimal exposure for the cultivation of the vine. Only the best vintages are marketed and bottled and the production is directed only to small quantities of high quality. The wines of Il Poggiolino have been in business since 1965 and have gained over the years important awards in Italy and abroad.



IGT Rosé of Poggiolino

Created from a drain of the Sangiovese grapes for the production of the LE BALZE reserve after 18/36 hours of maceration. Grapes: 100% Sangiovese



Chianti Classico

This wine enhances the maximum expression of Sangiovese, the emblem of the Chianti Classico area, combined with an indigenous vine variety like Colorino, which was harvested and vinified separately for differences in maturation. The two different masses are assembled before moving to aging in oak barrels that help to create a large, traditional Chianti Classico; witnesses of this, the bottles are in the private collection ranging from 1965 to present. Grapes: Sangiovese 95%, Colorino 5%



Chianti Classico RESERVE

Produced only in good vintages, selecting the best grapes of Sangiovese and Colorino.

The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks, where it is left to macerate on the skins for a longer period than Chianti Classico, after the malolactic fermentation the wine is transferred, partly in barrels partly in barriques, for aging. Once bottled it is stored for the necessary refinement in bottle before being put on the market. Grapes: 95% Sangiovese, 5% Colorino.



Chianti Cl. RES. LE BALZE

The name derives from the popular jargon that defines “Balze” the dirt terraces to level the ground, where originally the vineyard that gave the grapes used to produce this wine was located. Only in the best years, the most beautiful Sangiovese grapes harvested late produce the LE BALZE wine. Aging takes place in new French oak barrels for a period ranging between 18 and 24 months, and then is aged in the bottle for at least one year before being sold. Grapes: 100% Sangiovese.

Tenuta Casadei

The Casadei Estate is the fulfillment of a dream conceived by a father, an agricultural consultant, and implemented by his son, a winemaker entrepreneur, willing to put his passion for the vine to service of a project of his own: to make local wines, fruit of the land, of the sun, of water and of the work of man, in a modern productive and efficient context. The dream became reality in 1996 when Stefano bought a property of 15 hectares in the area of Suvereto, in high Maremma, 15 km from the central coast of Tuscany, about 90 km south of Livorno.



Located in the southern part of the district of the Val di Cornia DOC, at an altitude of just over 50 meters, the estate is located in an area of ​​low hills, sheltered by mountains to the North East. The natural vegetation is typical of the Mediterranean Sea, with a prevalence of cork oaks, arbutus and pine trees.



A unique territory, capable of producing precious wines, fruit of international grapes that can express the aromas and the charm of the Mediterranean environment of these areas.
