Casalbaio relies on a property of two hundred and four hectares of land planted with vines. The wines produced boast a profile attributable to their land of origin, and a very high quality.

Calosm

The company combines perfectly respect for tradition with technological innovation, giving birth to wines that are faithful to the typicality of the territory. It works on an area of ​​22 hectares of land under vines with an annual production of about 70,000 bottles.

Antiche Terre del Salento

The company owns five hectares of land planted with vines, which produce complex, rigorous and powerful wines which continue to collect the favors of the food and wine lovers’ public.

CANTINA VECCHIA TORRE

Established in 1959 by approximately fi fty members, the winery kept growing till it became the most important of the entire province. The winery's total capacity, rated around 140.000 hl, enables a yearly processing of 12.000.000 kg of grapes harvested from vineyards covering over 1.100 hectares property of 1240 members.

Schola Sarmenti

SANTA MARIA DEL MORIGE

Santa Maria del Morige was founded in 1999, the result of the winemaking tradition of the Conserva family.

Low yields per hectare, an accurate selection of old vines, allow to obtain wines of high quality, easy to understand, but complex in their expression, of a sensual and cheerful classicism, very representative of a somewhat ideal image of Negroamaro, located in its place of maximum election.

Podere Belmantello

The firm aims, in its production, to enhance the wine territorial culture, focusing on Apulian autochthonous wines like Primitivo, Negramaro, Uva di Troia, Bombino bianco.

Tenuta Fujanera

Tenuta Fujanera is a family-owned and operated winery that focuses on producing high-quality and authentic wines. Cantina Crifo

Today, Crifo is an economic productive reality of great interest oriented in the production of quality as evident by its 1,500 partners and immense location of approximately 1,500 hectares of vineyards cultivated with an innovative method according to the great tradition of wine growing and producing of the area.

The Company produces approximately 140,000 hectolitres of wine per year, mostly consisting of DOC Castel del Monte and IGT Murgia and IGT Puglia. 70% of the production is directly bottled by the Company with its Crifo brand found in a diverse line of products.

Cefalicchio is, first of all, an agricultural company devoted to the production and manufacturing of high-quality organic agricultural products. The company is presently run by Fabrizio Rossi, an agronomist with a long-standing experience in the application of biodynamic techniques in agriculture as well as in the related procedures of quality control.
