Rive Col de Fer is in fact located in the heart of Caneva in what was probably the Roman Castrum otherwise transformed over time, but of which there are still clear vestiges that today are a historical part of the cellar itself. The cultivation of almost exclusively family vines, a passion that starts from the careful, almost maniacal cultivation of the vine, to then exalt itself in the care of the vineyards, in the careful pruning that leaves only a branch to the plant, in the thinning of the bunches and the harvest exclusively manual.
