The Braschi wines have been telling for over 70 years the story of this passion that feeds on the patient care of vineyards in Tenuta del Gelso, situated on a hill where you can enjoy the view of the harmonious vineyards’ slopes, to go down the plain. The Braschi company is a medium–small farm that bottles and sells the DOC wines from 20 hectares of vineyards on the agricultural estate of Tenuta del Gelso. Alberto, Andrea and Gabriele personally take care of the vineyards, harvesting the grapes and making wine.
The company is among the oldest of Romagna, the Bartolini family has been operating for four generations in the village of San Damiano in Mercato Saraceno. Towards the end of the '90s there was a turning point: the farm specialized in winegrowing; a revolution which started from the vineyards to continue in the cellar. Thanks to the advice of important Italian winemakers we were able to carry out a plan aiming at upgrading the production and exploiting the culture, the history and the traditions of our belt.
