The story of the Enoteca begins in 1929 when Rino Ferronato, from his experience in the preparation of herbal teas, infusions and other medical products, with his friend Antonio Carone, opens a factory for the distillation and sale of liquors.

With the wisdom of the craftsmen he prepares liquors such as anise, cinchona, plum, marsala cream, rum, rhubarb and many other liquors. The activity continues with his sons Giorgio and Matteo, who in addition to liquors begin to select and sell wines, in particular those produced in Friuli.

After the experience derived from the production, in the 70s Ferronato opens two points of sale in Pordenone, one of which is in the heart of the town near the Town Hall, in a historic building located in Corso Vittorio Emanuele. Today, Ferronato has become a point of reference for enthusiasts, amateurs and sommeliers, who come from throughout the region.

Currently, the management is entrusted to Rino, the grandson of the founder to which it owes its name, always supported by his parents Matteo and Luciana.

Enoteca di Cormòns is located in XXIV Maggio square, in the right wing of the Locatelli Palace, was founded in 1990 with the aim to promote and enhance the production of wine in our area.

La Speziaria pei sani

“La Speziaria”, known as “Speziaria for healthy people”, is one of the most ancient places in the city and is located in a building of the fourteenth century. It is a pharmacy, as the name implies, for healthy people, where to find products that make you feel good. Not only wine bar, with wines of Friuli and from other Italian regions, but restaurant suitable for business lunches, romantic dinners and tables of friends. L'Elefante

Enoteca L’Elefante is situated in the wonderful Paolo Diacono square, true living room of the town in the charming historic center of Cividale, recently named World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

The owner Andrea Spataro, with love and infinite passion for his own work, has shared with his customers five years of management always offering new dishes such as goulash with polenta, Frico and Bruschettone of various types, to pasta dishes with various sauces.

It is well known also for its prestigious cured meats: from raw ham, strictly Camarin of San Daniele, to salami of the place, Sauris bacon and our cheese, all rigorously made in Friuli.

La Torre

Welcoming venue furnished with taste. The Enoteca offers an excellent choice of wines that can be accompanied by a delicious platter of San Daniele ham and salted cheese of Spilimbergo.

Fossa Mala

Enoteca Fossa Mala has two wide rooms, obtained by a typically intimate and familiar environment. In summertime it is possible to seat also outside.

You can taste and buy both wines of the Fossa Mala winery and many other Friulian and Italian wines.

Moreover, this is the ideal pace to eat a simple dish or a quick snack based on typical products.

La Serenissima

In its thousand square meters of covered area it hosts continuously exhibitions and selections at the highest level, among which we must remember that of grappa, sparkling wine, honey and “Premio No”, a strict selection of wines admitted to the permanent exhibition.

Next to the tasting of wines, the Enoteca today offers even a selected proposal of food, where San Daniele ham, Montasio cheese and typical of the region sweets stand out.

Alla Vite

The company was founded in 1983 by the Zaccomer family as a venue for tasting and purchasing wines and spirits, accompanied by a selection of cured meats such as San Daniele ahm, pork, thigh w/bone cooked in the oven, local salami, cheese from local dairies, farms and not local.

Today it managed by Mrs. Sandra Zaccomer, who personally selects the proposals, offers many opportunities for tasting also by the glass of white, red wines and regional, national and foreign “Bubbles”.

Interesting is the selection of Ramandolo, typical wine of the area and the first DOCG in the region, of oils from different Italian regions, grappa, rum and spirits, chocolate of quality.

The venue has also developed, over the years, following the passion of the owner, a broad range of gift boxes in general and especially for Christmas.

In this regard, it offers a customized service, carrying out deliveries even at home in Italy and abroad.

Bischoff

Enoteca Bischoff is among the oldest in Trieste and throughout the world. Now in its 230 years after its foundation, it has a wine cellar with 2,500 Italian labels. From the vineyard to the glass, Bischoff takes care of every detail of your wine.
