Enoteca L’Elefante is situated in the wonderful Paolo Diacono square, true living room of the town in the charming historic center of Cividale, recently named World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
The owner Andrea Spataro, with love and infinite passion for his own work, has shared with his customers five years of management always offering new dishes such as goulash with polenta, Frico and Bruschettone of various types, to pasta dishes with various sauces.
It is well known also for its prestigious cured meats: from raw ham, strictly Camarin of San Daniele, to salami of the place, Sauris bacon and our cheese, all rigorously made in Friuli.
