The 13th edition of "Gemme di Gusto" is drawing to a close, which once again this year accompanied wine tourists and enthusiasts of open-air initiatives during all the weekends of May to discover Trentino's territories and excellence.
In Valsugana, at 19.00 , Cenci Trentino of Castelnuovo organizes #Laperitivoperfetto , to celebrate World Aperitivo Day with good food, excellent wine and lots of music, thanks to the collaboration with Azienda Agricola Cà dei Baghi, Simonetto Carni and Valsugana Sapori. In both appointments – both in Isera and in Nogaredo – it is possible to agree on the visiting time.
Several appointments on Saturday 27 May . At Maso Martis, in Martignano di Trento , from 11.00 to 14.00 it's time for a Spring Brunch based on the company's wines with vegan delicacies. The menu? Tomato panzerotto, veg mozzarella, capers, olives and potatoes; bruschettona with zucchini and thyme pesto, asparagus AS.TA Asparagicoltori Trentini Associati and hazelnuts; mini burgers chickpeas, aubergines and sage; panella stick with veg mayo; carrot and almond cupcakes, all paired with Agraria Riva's Garda Trentino DOP extra virgin olive oil. In Mezzolombardo , from 5.00 pm , Rosa Rosae Rosae is scheduled at the Floricultura Roncador: an evening dedicated to this fascinating flower to discover its secrets and understand how to best take care of it, savoring together some food products derived from the Cà dei Baghi Agricultural Company, Leprotto leap year and Bertagnolli distillery. Among the proposals for tasting, an original strudel with apples and blossoms from Panificio Zambanini. From Friday 26 to Sunday 28 May , in Rovereto , the world of taste and that of the outdoors meet on the occasion of the Vallagarina Experience Festival , an innovative format for those in search of well-being but also an occasion for celebration. And for true gourmets, from 9.00 to 20.00 on Saturdays and Sundays , the Strada del Vino e dei Sapori del Trentino will open a wine bar space in Corso Bettini where you can taste a selection of wines and gastronomic excellences from Vallagarina producers. On Saturday morning - to be marked in the agenda - there will also be the opportunity to get to know the Rovereto hill (and its oenological secrets) with a special Taste&Walk in the city from the forest to the vineyard which includes packed breakfast, visit and tasting in the cellar, lunch with a local guide.
On the same days , from 11.00 to 11.30 , Mas dei Chini in Martignano di Trento gives the opportunity to experience the Pic-nic Live the vineyard : a basket of delicacies specially prepared for the participants with the products of Caseificio degli Altopiani and Vezzena and Pasticceria Bronzetti, accompanied by the company's wines and Acqua Levico, to be enjoyed among the vineyards of the estate ( for info and reservations, Tel. 0461 821512 or email@example.com ).
Last but not least , the inevitable appointment with the Open Cellars event organized by the Trentino Alto Adige Wine Tourism Movement is back, which this year celebrates its first 30 years. Numerous companies will open their doors for visits and tastings from 10.00 to 18.00 on Saturdays and/or Sundays.
