NEGRONI cocktail WITH CLASSIC TABAR GIN, an all-Italian legend.

It was first mixed in Florence in the 1910s, by barman Fosco Scarselli for Count Camillo Negroni , who liked to sip a slightly more ''robust'' Americano. Since then, the Count's revisited Americano gained more and more popularity, starting to be called simply '' Negroni ''.

The recipe proposed here is a tribute to the excellence of the Emilian territory: it is in fact made with Gin Tabar Classico , a gin which with its enveloping spicy aromatic notes gives us a ruby cocktail perfect for adventurous aperitifs . Exceptional sponsor, Ian Fleming , famous author of James Bond, who just couldn't do without it!

Here's the recipe!

Ingredients:

3 cl Classic Tabar Gin

5 cl Casoni Bitter 1814

5 cl Casoni Vermouth 1814

Garnish: 1 slice of orange

Method:

1. To begin, fill a short tumbler glass with ice cubes, then pour 3 cl of Classic Tabar Gin.

2. Next, add 5 cl of Casoni Bitter 1814.

3. Complete the mix with 5 cl of Casoni Vermouth 1814.

Make sure you measure the ingredients precisely to achieve a perfect balance of flavours.
