The unpredictable aperitif: UNREPEATABLE! American debuts in cocktail bars with an experiential tour

Vicenza-based company Hungrycircle is launching its IRRIPETIBILE! tour, a program of events hosted by renowned cocktail bars and restaurants to introduce its new IRRIPETIBILE! American aperitif to a public of connoisseurs and enthusiasts who want to rediscover the pleasure of being surprised.

Between now and the end of the year, the product will be the protagonist of three events, during which you can talk with the creators and taste different versions proposed by bartenders: Wednesday, November 19th at the Exforo in Padua, Thursday, November 27th at the Amarone On Ice event at the Caffè Garibaldi of the Michelin-starred chef Matteo Grandi in Vicenza, and Wednesday, December 17th at the UGO Cocktail Bar in Milan.

As the name suggests, UNREPEATABLE! American is the aperitif that never repeats itself: in each bottle, the three bases that compose it—bitter, spicy, and smooth—are dosed in varying proportions through a patented process , making it a literally one-of-a-kind product. Even the packaging reflects the same concept: each label is numbered and features a different graphic and color structure, transforming each bottle into a collector's item.

"The project was born as a dual provocation, conceptual and substantive," explains Gianni Tagliapietra , owner of Hungrycircle srl together with Alessia Zanin . "We wanted to break down the concept of 'the usual' and make aperitivo time an opportunity to be surprised, to pleasantly step out of your comfort zone. A drink, even if ordered multiple times, will never be the same as the one you already know. This is why we believe it is essential to engage with the public and to take care in presenting IRRIPETIBILE! American : it's not just a product, it's an experience."

The first evening will be Wednesday, November 19th , from 7:30 pm , in the spaces of Exforo , a cocktail bar overlooking Prato della Valle, born from the renovation of the former cattle market of the early twentieth century. Those attending, by purchasing a UNREPEATABLE drink! American , will receive a free "tasting kit" to try different aromatic souls guided by the bartender. Furthermore, starting from November 19th, Exforo will include the product in your drink list.

On Thursday, November 27, UNREPEATABLE! will be the welcome aperitif for the Amarone On Ice evening event, held at Caffè Garibaldi in Piazza dei Signori in Vicenza. Organized by the young producers of the Consorzio Tutela Vini Valpolicella and hosted by Michelin-starred chef Matteo Grandi, the event aims to offer visitors structured red wines at unusual temperatures, allowing them to discover and appreciate their diverse aromatic and character nuances.

The UNREPEATABLE! tour will continue at the UGO Cocktail Bar in Milan, on the Navigli canal, on Wednesday, December 17th , starting at 9:00 PM . For the occasion, dedicated signature cocktails will be offered, along with tastings to help you recognize the differences and balance of the aperitif, which will later be added to the menu.
