Ingredients:
30ml Gin Tabar
50ml Bitter 1814
60 ml Walnut Hull Vermouth
Garnish : lemon zest
Method:
To prepare the Negroni Casoni, place a few ice cubes in a short tumbler.
Then measure out the Gin Tabar and pour it. Do the same with the Bitter 1814 and then with the Walnut Hull Vermouth.
Mix gently with the stirrer and garnish with lemon zest. Serve your Negroni Casoni.
