The one in Odessa will be just the latest of the Prosecco Bars opened by Bottega: it is a concept store that aims to enhance and share good wine, genuine food and the convivial Italian lifestyle, all over the world and in different contexts, from airports to resorts and shopping centers. "Given the latest news and on the basis of what has been negotiated in recent months, our Ukrainian importer has decided to open a Bottega Prosecco Bar in Odessa: life goes on and we must bet until the last day on a better future. After all, if a company is well managed and if it is born from valid assumptions and needs, it, its products and its ideas, outlive its founders and entrepreneurs", added Sandro Bottega announcing the initiative.
The collaboration of sommeliers, chefs, architects and designers in recent years has given shape to this idea, creating a welcoming and elegant environment in the Prosecco Bar premises where guests can enjoy a glass of Prosecco or another wine from the Bottega Spa selection, paired with "cicchetti", typical Venetian "bacaro" appetizers, or accompanied by simple dishes, made with the genuine ingredients of Mediterranean cuisine. The Prosecco Bars opened by Bottega to date are already distributed throughout the world, in the most beautiful Italian cities and beyond: Kuala Lumpur, Nice, Madrid, Basel, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Istanbul, Prague, Budapest, Stockholm, London, Birmingham, Belluno, Naples, Rome, Bologna, Milan and Venice.
"The opening of the Prosecco Bar in Odessa will take place at the end of the summer, the projects have already begun and we are very enthusiastic about reaching the conclusion of a new challenge, that of bringing life back to a place tormented by war. In the first six months, from 5 to 7 pm, Bottega will offer prosecco, as a sign of closeness to life and friendship with the Ukrainian people, but the hope is that one day Russians and Ukrainians will return to toast together. Italian and Venetian foods in particular will be served, Venetian etiquette will be brought and the desire to ward off bad luck and bad thoughts and the motto of our initiative will be 'long live life and long live peace'", concluded Sandro Bottega, entrepreneur at the head of the historic and eponymous Treviso company Bottega Spa.
