The social initiative was launched by the wine entrepreneur Luca Balbiano: every evening at 7pm a live Facebook in which a producer uncorks a bottle and guides to online tasting.

Yesterday, Tuesday 10 March, the first live social of #STAPPATINCASA , the online campaign of Luca Balbiano, a Piedmontese wine entrepreneur, decided to launch a challenge to producers, winemakers, sommeliers, influencers, but also to simple fans: continue to share the love for wine even at a distance, to tell the heritage that each bottle contains inside, respecting the restrictions following the health emergency that Italy is facing for the Coronavirus.

" What we are experiencing is a difficult moment for everyone. They are certainly 'historic' days that we will remember for a long time " begins Luca Balbiano of the Balbiano winery in Andezeno, historic producer of Freisa di Chieri DOC in the area. " We have a duty to stay at home, but also to keep our passions alive. This is why I came up with the idea of #STAPPATINCASA : a virtual meeting place to continue to tell a wine in a few minutes and share it with who # stay home , talking about combinations, anecdotes or, simply, for the pleasure of being together in conviviality, albeit far away . I have looked for a way to carry on my job, encouraging respect for the necessary restrictions that we must all stick to at the moment " Luca.

During the first live broadcast of 10 March Balbiano uncorked his sparkling Freisa di Chieri DOC. The initiative had an excellent social response and in a few hours saw many fans join. The appeal of the Cantine Balbiano is that other companies across the peninsula also accept the social challenge of #STAPPATINCASA . You don't need to be an influencer or an expert communicator, just tell positive and intoxicating emotions. To participate simply post a photo, a short video or make a direct tagging #STAPPATINACASA to be reposted on the page.
