In the warmer months, it's time to drink more lightly, but without sacrificing taste, personality, and refinement.

This selection interprets some of the hottest trends in contemporary mixology with originality and elegance: cocktails with a moderate alcohol content yet rich in sensory nuances, true liquid tales ranging from Japanese minimalism to Mediterranean scents , passing through urban influences and exotic influences. A proposal that looks to the world, but comes to life in the heart of Palermo, amidst the vibrant and authentic atmosphere of its historic center.

We begin with the Tokyo Breeze , an elegant blend of dry vermouth, cucumber cordial, soy sauce, and soda water: fresh, vegetal, and savory, it evokes the purity of Japanese flavors and the metropolitan freshness of the great cities of the East. Next up is the Hanami Punch , which combines Etsu Sakura, watermelon, lime, and floral Martini. It's a citrusy, fruity, and elegant drink, a bridge between Japanese blossoms and the sun-drenched gardens of the Mediterranean. Warmer and more indulgent is the Sunset Roast , which combines Antica Formula red vermouth, peach, black cherry drops, and fizzy peach. A construction that pays homage to Sicilian sunsets with sparkling, velvety notes, ideal for an aperitif amidst golden light and slow conversation. Finally, Zero al Mare is a completely non-alcoholic cocktail made with Steinbock 0% Prosecco, Adriatico amaretto, chocolate cordial, and soda water. The result is dry, aromatic, and elegant.

A project that reflects the style and vision of I Corrieri, the cocktail bar that combines mixology with a curated cultural and musical program, featuring prominent guests from around the world. Born from the shared vision of Gioele Errera, Giuseppe Costanza, and Giorgio Naselli , three Palermo entrepreneurs who—with different backgrounds but complementary approaches—lead every phase of the business with character and determination. The result is a venue that reflects a genuine, dynamic, and refined atmosphere, capable of expressing Palermo through a contemporary and cosmopolitan lens.
